Koi Fusion

Combining traditional Korean flavors with a twist, Koi Fusion started with a food cart and has now expanded to five restaurant locations in Oregon. The menu ranges from Tacos to Cheesesteaks, to Kimchi Quesadillas, with your choice of protein, including Spicy Tofu as a vegetarian option. There are gluten-free options as well, from the corn Korean Tamales to Gluten-Free Bulgogi Beef. They also offer a kids menu with Plain Chicken Tacos and more.
