Day 1

Greet the day among fields of lavender in Wilsonville—which is as amazing as it sounds. Head to Barn Owl Nursery Herb & Lavender Farm (A) for a floral fix. Shop plants of all kinds (not just lavender) and enjoy teas and baked goods. Call ahead, they are open by appointment only.

With a lavender tea in tow, travel to Divine Complexions Spa (B) for pampering. Get a facial or fresh haircut before you embark on the rest of your trip. This local spa is so beloved, they just moved to a larger location.

Next, head to BooneTowne Bistro & Bar (C) where you can enjoy fresh Pacific Northwest fare at the bar or in your room at the Holiday Inn I-5 South. Unwind in the newly remodeled hotel and take advantage of the heated indoor pool.

Day 2

Keep treating yourself! The Allison Inn & Spa (D) is a luxurious retreat in wine country. This boutique spa is renowned for its upscale and indulgent atmosphere. Schedule a mimosa massage or a divine wine facial. Stay for lunch and dine at JORY, the on-site restaurant. It’s named after the volcanic soil in the region that creates such fertile vineyards.

After leaving the Allison, make your way to Champoeg State Heritage Area (E) for a walk and wander. The area was an early Oregon settler village and offers a historic site for visitors to explore. Bring binoculars to bird-watch—over 130 bird species make their home in the park, providing a relaxing soundtrack.

Take a short drive over to Lady Hill Winery (F). Try award-winning wines as you explore scenic vineyard grounds. Lady Hill is well known among industry professionals but hasn’t lost its down-home family feel. Founders Jerry and Elaine can often be found in the tasting room. Visit during the weekend to catch live music performances. Dive into more Willamette Valley wine with our Wine Country Trip itinerary.

Day 3

Start your last day in the sky. Book a trip with Portland Rose Balloons (G) and soar with a hot air balloon experience. Feel the excitement of liftoff and the calm once you float among the clouds. Make memories that will last a lifetime as you tour the Willamette Valley. Portland Rose Balloons is the only service to offer flights seven days a week (weather permitting).

Once you’re back on land, head to Canby Massage Co-Op (H). Special packages and deals feature a range of spa services. Choose from a variety of massage techniques, like hot-stone, Swedish or deep-tissue. They even offer pre-natal and senior services.

Keep spoiling yourself and head to Charbonneau Salon (I). Try a manicure or pedicure from their friendly staff. From here, dine at the Parkway Grille (J). This Mediterranean-Northwest fusion restaurant is one of the newest in Wilsonville. Pair chef-curated creations with wines from the world-renowned Willamette Valley and locally crafted beers and spirits. Spend the night upstairs at the Hilton Garden Inn. The sparkling new hotel opened in October 2020.
